Chimoto in Meguro

I got "Yakumo Mochi" of Japanese-style confectionery.When you open the blue wrapping paper, there is a product that says "Yakumo Mochi" from inside.It is individually wrapped in something like a rose.When I opened it, Yakumo Mochi came out.It is made of feather powder, brown sugar, white sugar, agar and egg white.When I try to eat it, I can not feel the sticky texture.The unique taste of a long-established store is condensed in high-quality sweetness.You can feel the taste to bite.And the cashew nut inside is a taste accent.Cashew nuts go well with the sticky texture.There are various products in this shop.I would like to eat various things other than this product.

It is a great place to have seasonal Japanese dessert. The red bean soup mochi has the right amount of aweetness and good texture while the anmitsu has a balance of sweetness with different kinds of texture. The green tea was a tad bitter and not rich enough though. Recommended....
